IN THE CENTER

Presented photographs are personal subjective view, and are taken from my book, which I produced as a donation to the Children’s Memorial Health Center – the biggest children hospital in Poland.

The suffering of children gives rise to frustration and sometimes anger at my personal helplessness.  Questions come to mind, which have no answers and only hope remains that those who battle devotedly to save the life of a little person conquer the sickness and return the child to its family.  And the family … there is probably nowhere that their love would present itself with such sacrifice and patience.

All of this moved me intensely and I believe that this set of photographs is, to a certain extent, a reflection of these emotions.
